In its recently closed Pre-A funding round, Synaire secured tens of millions of RMB in investment. The round was led by Tsinghua Innovation Ventures, with continued participation from existing shareholders Huagai Capital and Baohe Venture Capital. Ruohua Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor.
More than betting on a specific device, investors are backing the increasingly evident trend that Synaire aims to address: in modern society, quality sleep is becoming a luxury, yet the nighttime needs of the vast majority of people still lack truly effective solutions.
Over the past few years, the sleep industry has undergone a structural shift. At one end are the traditional home medical CPAP devices with strong therapeutic attributes, which serve a relatively small, high-threshold user base. At the other end are wearable sleep trackers and relaxation aids, which offer a light user experience but provide limited improvement.
The large, middle segment of users—those with mild to moderate snoring, light sleep, frequent nighttime awakenings, poor recovery, or partners whose sleep is affected—has long been in a state of "unaddressed" need. It is precisely this gap that Synaire targets.
Synaire's approach is to treat "sleep respiratory stability" as the foundational entry point for improving nighttime health, rather than merely using breathing as a therapeutic tool. The Synaire team prefers not to label itself simply as a "sleep product" company. Instead, they describe their mission from a more fundamental perspective: helping ordinary people regain their "nighttime health capability." This concept goes beyond mere sleep duration or deep sleep ratio; it represents a more systematic and practical framework of abilities aligned with real-life needs.
This framework encompasses four key elements:
First, physiological stability during the night. In an era of information overload and an ever-accelerating pace of life, it has become increasingly difficult for people to allow their bodies to truly settle down at night. Yet, stability is the prerequisite for deep sleep.
Second, the improvement of the sleep experience. The bedroom is often the most neglected space in a home. What truly impacts the quality of falling asleep is the holistic experience shaped by subtle factors such as noise, light, scent, temperature, and tactile sensations.
Third, recovery. The ultimate goal of sleep is not rest, but recovery. A growing number of people share the same question: "I slept, so why am I still tired?" Synaire believes this is a core problem that the next generation of health technology must address.
Finally, making the bedroom "smarter". This goes beyond simply adding smart devices. The aim is to enable the bedroom to automatically understand the user's state, optimize the environment accordingly, and gradually develop a personalized nighttime health strategy, rather than relying on the user's active intervention.
Key Product Updates from Synaire:

Currently, Synaire has entered into a strategic partnership with a leading publicly-listed healthcare company. The two parties will jointly launch co-branded sleep health products, with a primary focus on online channels.
The listed company's extensive distribution network and operational expertise in the mass health market will accelerate the adoption of Synaire's nighttime health products in household settings. This move is viewed as a critical step in Synaire's commercialization strategy.
