On October 22, Gushengtang entered into a strategic partnership with Singapore's integrated digital healthcare platform, 1doc. The collaboration will systematically introduce Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services into Western medicine family clinics in Singapore, providing the public with an integrated TCM-Western medicine diagnostic and treatment experience that covers clinical care, daily health maintenance, and community health. This partnership represents a significant milestone for Gushengtang TCM's deep integration into Singapore's mainstream healthcare system and holds considerable importance for advancing the internationalization of TCM.

Under the cooperative framework, 1doc will allocate dedicated TCM clinical zones within its existing clinic network. The TCM business will be jointly operated under an equity structure where Gushengtang holds a 70% stake and assumes full responsibility for operations and management, while 1doc retains a 30% stake. This equity arrangement ensures the deep integration and professional operation of TCM services within a Western medical context. Through this collaborative model, patients can access integrated TCM-Western medicine treatment plans within a unified healthcare ecosystem, experiencing full-cycle health management from prevention and diagnosis to rehabilitation.

During the diagnostic and treatment process, Gushengtang's TCM physicians can prescribe necessary laboratory tests and examinations for patients, enhancing diagnostic objectivity and accuracy. The use of clear, quantifiable indicators helps improve patients' understanding and trust in the treatment plan, thereby increasing patient compliance.

1doc, a subsidiary of Singapore's healthcare leader IHG (IAPPS Health Group), operates 9 owned clinics and 21 affiliated clinics in Singapore. Leveraging technological platforms such as the 1doc Clinic Information System (CIS) and digital twin technology, it promotes the implementation of a personalized, predictive, and preventive ("3P Medicine") model. To date, 1doc has served over 79,000 patients, supported more than 300 corporate clients, and provided workplace health services to over 25,000 employees. Its robust local healthcare network and digital technology provide strong support for the implementation of TCM in Singapore.

As China's first publicly listed TCM chain service provider, Gushengtang has established over 80 offline medical institutions across China and Singapore, serving a cumulative total of more than 20 million patients. Over its 15-year history, Gushengtang has amassed a vast repository of high-quality clinical data, including over 18 million medical records and more than 40 million clinical prescriptions. This extensive dataset lays a solid evidence-based foundation for verifying TCM clinical efficacy, ensuring patient safety, and evaluating cost-effectiveness.

This collaboration, structured around a controlling equity model, aims to establish an innovative TCM service framework in Singapore. It represents a significant exploration by Gushengtang to integrate digitally into the international mainstream healthcare system. Moving forward, both parties will explore additional single-clinic partnership models to build a new, collaborative healthcare ecosystem characterized by "co-creation, co-governance, and shared benefits," thereby promoting the standardized and scalable global development of TCM.

Singapore's policy innovation and market openness in the field of integrated TCM-Western medicine provide Gushengtang with a high-standard international testing ground. The technical solutions, compliance experience, and operational models developed through this collaboration are expected to be replicated in Southeast Asian and even global markets in the future, facilitating broader international recognition of TCM within an evidence-based medical framework.
